Welcome to Cooking with Christina at Dr. Dawn's Plant-based Kitchen! Join us for a fun and interactive cooking class where you'll learn how to create delicious plant-based dishes with Chef Christina.

This in-person event will take place at Wellness Matters, a beautiful space dedicated to health and wellness.
The meals here are focused on supporting the anti-inflammatory diet, so that food is truly medicine which is full of antioxidants to decrease inflammation. In addition to being vegan, dairy free and gluten free, we also are nightshade free. When it comes to autoimmune disease and some cases of chronic inflammation, nightshade vegetables can cause more harm.
