Curious about the Mediterranean Way of eating? Join us for Cooking Up Health: The Mediterranean Way, a 6-week interactive series designed to help you build healthier habits through simple, delicious meals.
This program combines nutrition education with hands-on cooking, so you won’t just learn—you’ll actually prepare and taste recipes during each session. Whether you're looking to improve your eating habits, try new foods, or gain confidence in the kitchen, this series is designed to meet you where you are.
What You’ll Experience
• Learn the basics of Mediterranean-style eating in a simple, practical way
• Participate in a hands-on cooking activity during every class
• Prepare and taste recipes you can recreate at home
