Cooking Turkish Favorites: Flatbread (Pide) & Cream-Filled Baklava (Şöbiyet)
Come join us for a hands-on Turkish cooking class! In this session, we’ll make Pide, a soft, boat-shaped Turkish flatbread with both meaty and vegetarian fillings, traditionally baked fresh for family meals and celebrations; a refreshing yogurt and cucumber side (Cacık); and Şöbiyet, a rich cream-filled baklava-style dessert that traces its roots to Ottoman kitchens. Roll up your sleeves, cook together, and then enjoy the delicious dishes as a group. This in-person class is a perfect way to explore Turkish flavors, share stories, and have fun in the kitchen—all while enjoying the food you make!
