About this Event
Take steps toward improving or maintaining your bone health with this engaging 6-week program! Participants will learn about key nutrients that support strong bones, practical healthy eating tips, and lifestyle strategies for lifelong bone health. Each class includes recipe demonstrations and taste-testing to help you put what you learn into practice.
Class Schedule:
Thursdays, February 26 – April 2
10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
All class materials are provided. Space is limited to 16 participants, and advance registration is required. Ticket sales close on February 23 at 5:00 p.m. Checks are accepted and must be received by that time.
If the class is full, please register for our waitlist. Each entry on the waitlist equals one ticket.
