Cooking Matter is a 6-week course that will introduce you to simple recipes and ideas for easy healthier foods and meals. Each week different recipes will be shared and participates will work together to make the recipes to share in class and will receive the ingredients to take home to make for themselves and families. There will be weekly discussion on nutrition and other healthy food habits. Participants will receive additional recipes and some other surprises too. The course will meet weekly on Tuesday evenings at 6 pm, April 22 through May 27, at En Vivo. The course is limited to 16 participants, 18 or older.
