You’ll work side by side with our expert chef, mastering techniques like direct vs. indirect heat, marinading and rubs, temperature control, and the art of the perfect grill mark. Plus, you’ll discover fresh, seasonal sides and sauces to round out your summer cookout.
By the end of class, you’ll walk away full, confident, and ready to host the ultimate backyard BBQ. Aprons on, tongs up—let’s get grilling!
Premium Experience: Arrive up to 30 minutes before the start of class and enjoy a seasonal appetizer as well as your choice of one complimentary glass of beer, wine, seltzer, soft drink or themed cocktail/mocktail. (additional drinks available for purchase) Also, spend a few private minutes with our chef instructor!
