Chapter One: Knife SkillsThis hands-on cooking course will teach the fundamentals of knife skills, including classic French cutting techniques and how to break down an entire chicken.
You will blanch and braise a beautiful meal to enjoy with the class, and simmer your own sumptuous stock to take home!
Appetizers & Refreshments are also included.
Chef Rocky Packard is a seasoned chef & attended the California Culinary Academy. Chef Rocky was instrumental in opening Santacafe as well as Coyote Cafe. He has since had many ventures and is currently a chef instructor for local cooking classes.
