You don’t have to be an advanced chef to join our cooking lessons where you will learn fun, easy recipes and meet local immigrant chefs. Travel with your taste buds to Mexico, Zimbabwe, Vietnam, Cameroon, Venezuela and many other countries while learning about a Cincinnati neighbor and their story.
For $50 you will get all of the ingredients and step-by-step instruction from Rose Che about how to cook the Cameroonian dish, Jamajama, as well as a glass of wine.
INGREDIENTS:
Spinach, Maggi powder, tomatoes, red onion, shallots, scallion, red & yellow bell peppers, banana peppers, plantains, and your choice of protein.
