About the Instructor:
Kellie Karavias is a culinary educator with 20 years of experience teaching and developing hands-on cooking programs, passionate about turning everyday ingredients into wholesome, flavorful meals. She has been recognized as Southerner of the Year by Southern Magazine for excellence in culinary education and received the Abernathy Hull Award for her work connecting fresh produce to the kitchen. Kellie teaches approachable cooking techniques that make the kitchen fun, creative, and full of love, delighting in helping students connect fresh garden and farm ingredients to the plate and transform familiar dishes into nourishing, crave-worthy meals that warm the heart and tantalize the taste buds.

Scholarships Available: At Finca Tres Robles, we strive to make our classes accessible to all who wish to participate and provide scholarships to help make that possible. If you would like to attend this class but may not be in a financial position to pay the cost, please complete our Class Scholarship Application and a Finca Tres Robles staff member will be in contact with you for next steps.
Weather Cancellation Policy: Classes may be cancelled by Finca Tres Robles in the case of severe weather; however classes will not automatically be cancelled due to rain. Please stay in contact with farm staff if concerned about weather. Classes will be rescheduled as necessary.
