Pici Pasta-Making with Mariel BerryLearn the art of making fresh, traditional Italian pasta with Mariel Berry of Pronto Pastas. Pici is a thick, hand-rolled pasta from Tuscany, shaped like spaghetti and known for its rustic texture. Mariel will go over the recipe for handmade Pici pasta with Ragù, a traditional meat sauce made with ground beef and vegetables.
In this hands-on class, Mariel will guide you as you hand-mix, roll, and cut your own Pici dough from scratch. To pair with the pasta, Mariel will demonstrate how to prepare a Ragù sauce with ground beef and vegetables. At the end of class, you’ll enjoy tasting the finished dish and take home the recipes to recreate Pici pasta in your own kitchen.
All ages welcome!
