Class: Knife Skills & Fried Rice
Every chop, slice, and dice contributes to a sizzling, flavor-packed finale. Bring your own knives to sharpen, knife skills hands-on lesson & enjoy a group dinner of fried rice and soup dumplings. Each participant will learn how to chop, dice, mince, julienne & chiffonade. We will create a delicious meal together and take home fun recipes that will challenge your knife skills you've learned.
Cost: $75 per person
Time: 5:45 p.m. arrival, 6:00 p.m. start chopping!
Additional Details: A mocktail and a savoy snack will be served upon arrival. A light meal will be served as well.
Maximum of 12 students, working in pairs at shared stations.
Classes are held at Clario Farmstead Pasta at 19 N. Third Ave, Sturgeon Bay, WI 54235.
