
About this Event
This hands-on cooking class teaches you how to make ceviche and arepas from scratch. During the class, we will walk through cooking techniques, knife skills, and how to make delicious savory arepas! There will be very hands-on preparation, and you will master the art of arepa and ceviche making!
Guests can bring non-alcoholic beverages to enjoy during the class. Unfortunately, alcohol is not permitted at this site.

Please email me if you have any food allergies or if you would like to book a private party. Private parties must be 6-12 people.
Please call me when you arrive at the green front door that says Union Kitchen so that I can let you in. I will email you my contact info before the class. If you have not received an email by the day of the event, feel free to email me through my website.
Cancellation Policy- Cooking classes are nonrefundable if canceled within 12 hours of the event. Ingredients for the class are purchased the day of or the day before the event. If you cancel before the 12-hour cut off then it can be rescheduled or fully refunded. Thank you for understanding!
