In this hands-on class on Sourdough Flatbreads and Hummus you will learn to work with sourdough starter to create your own homemade fermented gut healthy sourdough flatbreads. You will engage in each part of the process from mixing dough, to rolling flatbreads, skillet cooking, and of course sampling all the delicious food we make in class. You will also learn how to prepare homemade hummus as well as consider other ways to incorporate flatbreads into your family meal rotation.
