About The Chef:
Hi, I’m Chef Kashiea Lotts. I’m a military veteran (MOS 92G Food Service Specialist) and an Executive Chef with over 20 years of professional cooking experience. I graduated from L’Ecole Culinaire and completed the CIA Culinary Program. I offer personal chef services, catering, culinary classes, high-volume kitchen support and menu planning with recipes that sell. My specialty is everything — I truly believe cooking is art, and every dish should tell a story.
