Join me every Monday night (except public holidays) for a 6-week crash course in all things delicious, kicking off on the 12th of March!
Classes will run from 5:30 - 7:30, with a limit of 5 people to ensure personalized attention and plenty of time for questions and maybe a few kitchen mishaps!
Here's the schedule for the 6 weeks:
Week 1 - Veg storage/knife skills/foundations
Week 2 - Foundations/herbs spice mix/sauces
Week 3 - Protein (meat/vego)/carbs/vitamins and minerals
Week 4 - Desserts/syrups
Week 5 - Canapes/dips/Crackers
Week 6 - Platters/Plating/eating
To participate we ask for $350 with payment oppriins avaliable for lots of knowledge, fun, and delicious treats you're going to get out of it ??
