Give your young chef a summer adventure they’ll never forget! Each day they’ll explore a different country, learn authentic cooking techniques, discover new flavors, and gain real kitchen skills—all while having tons of fun. No take-home food; kids enjoy everything fresh in class!

Mexico – Viva la Cocina!
Theme: “South of the Border Flavors!”
Menu & Highlights:
Kitchen safety, knife skills & flavor layering
Chicken and veggie quesadillas with fresh homemade tortillas
Homemade pico de gallo & guacamole
Mexican rice
Churro bites with cinnamon sugar
Intro to Latin spices & ingredients
🍕 Day 2 (Tuesday July 14th)
Greece – Mediterranean Magic
Theme: “Healthy Regional Cooking!”
Menu & Highlights:
Hand-rolled pita bread
Chicken souvlaki for giros
Creamy tzatziki sauce and sliced cucumbers, tomatoes, and onions
Greek village salad
Olive oil cake with orange glaze
Discussing Mediterranean herbs & flavors

India – Spice Adventures
Theme: “Flavors of India!”

Homemade fresh naan bread
