For this months edition of Cookin' With Conscious I'll be cooking a Vegan Alfredo Mushroom Pasta as well as showcasing two of my Cold Pressed Juices. It is free entry so come and fellowship with us, enjoy the music and look around. The food and juices will be sold there. This event was created to bring healthier foods to Birmingham, many diseases and sickness are due to a poor diet. It's time we change our diet and live a conscious lifestyle.
