Join us on Tuesday, 2/4/25, for a fun Cookies & Wine decorating experience led by Kristen from “Hey Cake Girl.” In this fun & relaxed decorating workshop, we will practice basic piping techniques, learn proper royal icing consistency, how to successfully achieve the line & flood method, wet on wet icing techniques, and so much more! At the end of this workshop, you will have 6 decorated sugar cookies and the confidence and know-how to decorate your cookies at home.The class includes 1.5 hours of professional instruction, (6) pre-baked classic sugar cookies, pre-colored royal icings, festive sprinkles & sparkles, decorating tools, printed materials & references.
Food and beverages are available for purchase during class. Club members will receive a complimentary glass of wine.

HEY CAKE GIRL is a small home-based cake & dessert company hidden in the beautiful small town of Estacada, OR. "After graduating from Western Culinary Institute in Portland, Oregon in 2006 I moved to Las Vegas to pursue my career in the Pastry Arts. In my almost 20 years in Las Vegas I worked as a chocolatier at the Bellagio Hotel & Casino, took on a position as head pastry chef for a local catering company, created elaborate custom cakes at “Freed’s Bakery”, started teaching cake & cookie workshops, and even opened my first award-winning custom cake studio & bake shoppe “Gimme Some Sugar”.
You might have even seen me on TV: VH1’s “Fabulous Life”, TLC’s “Sister Wives” and of course The Food Network’s “Halloween Wars: season 5”, "Ridiculous Cakes" and “Vegas Cakes” season 2.
I recently made the move back to Oregon, which is where this next chapter begins. As your new local cake girl, I will of course offer a selection of signature custom cakes, but also wow you with a collection of decorated cookies, french macarons, fancy brownies, and other fun & creative desserts!"
