� Cookery course update: �The March course is fully booked.
The next course will be held on Saturday 18th April at 12pm.
(We are also happy to accept dates and times to suit. Just contact us with your request).
This class will focus on making fresh Tagliatelle pasta, homemade
Southern Italian tomato sauce and
Neapolitan beef and porkmeatballs.
All ingredients will be provided and the class should last between 2-3 hours. The price is £50 per person.
You will make everything following Chef Mario’s instructions and directions. Your food will then be ready to take home. There is the option to eat your meal at the cafe with a bottle of wine which will be an extra £10 per person. We will also give you a recipe and instructions card to take home with you.
There will be a £10 per person deposit to pay and the balance will need to be paid prior to the course starting.
