For ages 13 & up
Description
Unlock the vibrant flavors of India! Working with a small team, you'll perfect your flag fold as you create a baked, triangle-shaped appetizer filled with spinach and Indian cheese encased in phyllo dough; a nutty, tart slaw with a burst of citrus; a succulent chicken curry featuring chicken breasts; and a velvety smooth dessert with hints of cardamom and nutmeg. As class ends, you'll sit down to enjoy the fruits of your labors.
For ages 13 & up. Attendees not yet 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult who has purchased a ticket. Tickets are priced per person.
21 or older? You'll enjoy a glass of wine that has been paired with your meal.
The recipes in this class come from Indian Cooking Unfolded: A Master Class in Indian Cooking with 100 Easy Recipes Using 10 Ingredients or Less by Raghavan Iyer. Raghavan Iyer will not be participating in this class.
