Get ready for a summer packed with sizzling skills, fun discoveries, hands-on cooking, and super-delicious food! Each day, young chefs learn a new professional cooking method and create amazing dishes using that technique. No take-home food; kids enjoy everything fresh in class!

🌟 Day 1 (Monday July 20th): Sautéing & Pan Cooking
Theme: “Sizzle & Flip Like a Chef!”
Menu & Highlights:
Introduction to sautéing: heat, oil, movement
Knife skills and safety
Pan seared salmon with honey glaze
Sautéed vegetable medley
Buttered herb noodles
Fruit skillet crumble
Heat control & pan safety lesson
🔥 Day 2 (Tuesday July 21st): Baking & Roasting
Theme: “Bake It ‘Til You Make It!”
Menu & Highlights:
Oven safety & how dry heat transforms food
Roasted herb bone in chicken
Golden roasted potatoes
Roast asparagus with lemon, olive oil, and parmesan
Fresh-baked garlic bread
Chocolate chip cookie bars
Learn: browning, caramelization & doneness
💧 Day 3 (Wednesday July 22nd): Boiling, Simmering & Steaming
Theme: “Boil and Steam!”
Menu & Highlights:
Understanding heat levels: boil vs. simmer
Handmade chicken and dumplings (simmering)
Homemade mac & cheese (boiling)
Steamed broccoli with citrus butter (steaming)
Steamed mini cakes with butrtercream frosting
Learn: moisture cooking & timing
🥘 Day 4 (Thursday July 23rd): Grilling
Theme: “Fire and Flavor!”
Menu & Highlights:
Heat from below (grilling)
Learn: charring, caramelization & grill marks
Grilled marinated chicken vegetable skewers
Grilled garlic toast
Charred corn salad with lime
Grilled pineapple shortcakes with whip and vanilla bean ice cream
