Join Food Vibez for a fun, interactive, and inclusive cooking experience designed specifically for teens and adults with disabilities!

In this hands-on Pizza Takeover class, participants will learn basic cooking skills while creating their own delicious pizza. From preparing ingredients to assembling toppings and baking, each participant will have the opportunity to build confidence in the kitchen while expressing their creativity.

Cook & Thrive is about more than just cooking it’s about building independence, social connections, self-confidence, and life skills in a supportive and welcoming environment.
