Looking for a job can be a frustrating journey — especially if you feel like you’re on your own or if you're under pressure to find work quickly. For people who are long-term ill or living with a disability, there are often additional challenges that make things even harder.
We offer a space where people who are searching for work or dealing with job-related questions can share experiences in a safe and understanding environment. We get to know each other, learn from one another, listen, and exchange tips. Want to come refuel with motivation and inspiration? Coffee and tea are already waiting! In this conversation group we talk about applying for jobs: what works well and what doesn’t? We share tips & tricks about CVs, cover letters and first impressions. A chance to exchange experiences and learn together about the do’s & don’ts of applying.

Important!Every time a participant doesn’t show up, we have an empty chair at our table. So don’t forget to cancel your registration on Eventbrite if you can’t make it, or contact us at [email protected]. We only send tips and summaries to those who attend.
For whom?This workshop is open to anyone exploring their work journey — whether you're unemployed, employed, a student, or currently on sick leave or disability — and who wants to learn and talk about job searching. You're welcome regardless of your age, sector, gender, education level, etc.Please note: this workshop requires a sufficient understanding of English to participate in a group conversation.Are you a coach, recruiter, or other professional active in the job market? Co-Searching is a network of job seekers who want to support and inspire each other in the search for work.Workshops and conversation groups are prepared and led by Co-Searching volunteers — people who are job seekers, employees, students, or on sick leave.
