Real conversation isn’t one-sided. It lives in the give and take from listening, responding, letting the exchange breathe.

This session explores the balance that keeps connection alive.

Together we’ll notice:

- How to listen in a way that invites response

- What it feels like when both voices are valued

- How respect and openness create a natural rhythm of exchange

Reciprocity isn’t something that's managed, it’s felt. And when it’s there connection becomes effortless.

For people aged 16 and up.

Intermediate to Advanced level of English is required.

We ask that you please register ahead of time so we can plan accordingly.

Winston’s work with reciprocity is about presence, not technique. He invites people to feel what balanced exchange is like in practice, so they can recognize and nurture it in their own lives.
