About this Event
The Colorado Contract to Buy and Sell is a 22-page document filled with critical provisions that, if improperly prepared, can result in violations and complaints filed with the Colorado Real Estate Commission. These issues may lead to serious consequences, including discipline, license suspension, or revocation.
In this course, we examine the sections of the contract that most commonly create compliance issues for brokers. We also review frequently misunderstood forms and discuss best practices for preparing contracts correctly and avoiding legal issues. This engaging and informative class provides valuable insight into proper contract preparation and risk reduction for brokers.
