● WHEN: Dance 6:00-9:00 pm (it is easy to learn the ropes here)!
● WHERE: Arlington Knights of Columbus #109 15 Winslow St Arlington MA 02474.
● WHAT: For a great cause: EVkids which provides one on one tutoring at four locations in Boston. This is their 45th of connecting college student totuors with Boston middle and high school students. & to celebrate the traditions of community dancing! AND you do not even need to know how OR even bring a partner to have a wicked good time!
● WHO: It is a public and community shindig! All are welcome AND NO Need to bring a partner as we partner up there and you will find a partner!
● WHY? To have one heck of a good time and support local charities!

● CALLER: DON HEINOLD hailing from Rhode Island Don Has been calling at weddings parties & local dances all over New England for 15 years. Don is also known for teaching the popular Rotary Waltz frequently done at contra dances!
● LIVE MUSIC by: THE "JELLY BEANS" Members from the exciting band "Roaring Jelly" are Aram Hollman and Michael Pavan on fiddle John Chambers on accordion and Brad Sayler on guitar and a bass or percussion player to be named later!
● ADMISSION: $15 suggested donation per person or $10 for students per person!
● PARKING: plenty of free & well lighted parking.
● CLOTHING & FOOTWEAR: Just bring clean shoes to dance in to preserve the floor (no high heels please). Dress is comfortable and as you like.
● ROLE TERMS: are "women and men" or “ladies” and “gents”. These terms do not dictate the gender of any dancer. Contra Dance for a Cause dances are warm and inclusive events that welcome all regardless of gender or color! All are welcome!
