Continuing Yoga Support for Hypermobility (M2, M3)

*Prerequisite Required: Must have completed 1-2x with referral from the facilitator, Amanda Wentworth, to progress to this next-step class.

• When: Thursdays from 12:30-1:30pm, from January 8th - February 12th, 2026 (6-weeks).

• Where: In-person at the Osher Center for Integrative Health at Vanderbilt (3401 West End Ave, Suite 380, Nashville TN, 37203)

This class is a next-step series for those who have previously completed Osher's Yoga Support for Hypermobility (a class designed for those with Hypermobility Syndrome, Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, and other chronic conditions). It provides on-going support for progress towards building physical steadiness and strength, exploring stabilizing breath, and increasing one's trust in their own system.

Prerequisite Required: Must have attended and completed the entire series of 1-2x with referral from the instructor, Amanda Wentworth, to progress to this next-step class.

This class has combined suitability codes and intentions listed below (see image). Appropriate for those sharing the same goal with different abilities and movement experience.

This in-person class will be held at the Osher Center for Integrative Health at Vanderbilt at 3401 West End Avenue, Suite 380, Nashville TN 37203 (entrance is through the parking garage in the back of the building). Additional logistical information will be emailed to particpants prior to the first class sesion.

Participants may cancel up to one week before start date without penalty. After that date, there is a 20% cancellation fee. No refund is available after the class start date
