Explore how children can benefit from Rolfing sessions
CE-Credits: 3 IRC (Manipulation) towards the Advanced Rolfing® Training

You’ll learn about
We will focus mainly on children between the ages of 6 and 16. Developmental stages and structural problems in babies and toddlers will also be mentioned.

We will look at and practice arches and healthy mobility of the feet, alignment of the legs, position of the pelvis, alignment of the spine, freedom and support of the shoulder girdle, and resulting patterns of the neck.

We discuss the appropriate length of a session based on the child's age and development, as well as when and how often a child will benefit from Rolfing sessions.
In this workshop, we will not deal with pathological diseases and their associated physical symptoms. A general understanding of children in their second phase of childhood will give you a foundation and the confidence to accompany medical treatments with Rolfing as a complementary modality.
