CONTINUING ED | Yin Teacher Training

Immerse yourself in the stillness and depth of Yin Yoga with this transformative 20-hour weekend training, certified by Yoga Alliance. Designed for yoga teachers and dedicated practitioners, this course goes beyond the poses—exploring the principles of Yin Yoga, functional anatomy, meridian theory, and mindfulness techniques. Through hands-on practice, dynamic discussions, and expert sequencing strategies, you’ll gain the confidence and knowledge to craft safe, effective, and deeply healing Yin classes. Whether you're looking to expand your teaching capabilities or deepen your personal practice, this weekend will leave you inspired, informed, and empowered.

1. Thursday, August 21 from 6 to 9pm - 3 hours
2. Friday, August 22 from 6 to 9pm - 3 hours
3. Saturday, August 23 from 11:00am to 6:30pm, 30 minute lunch break - 7 hours
4. Sunday, August 24 from 11:00am to 6:30pm, 30 minute lunch break - 7 hours
5. All takes place in Echo Park Little Dog
