This course is for both students and teachers. It is an opportunity to dive deeper into sequencing and learn to cultivate both creativity (presence) and fluidity (flow) in the mind and body. We'll discuss how to keep meditation at the center of the practice throughout the various stages of a class, ways to gently introduce aspects of yoga teachings and philosophy, explore holding space and allowing students to fill it with their own rhythm or accept the space and just be, as well as creating opportunities to begin again. We'll practice these techniques through movement, cold plunging and open-forum conversation. The goal is to help teachers and students increase their ability to balance navigating structure and support, while also learning how to let us all be our own teacher and trust our breath to be our truest guide.Credits: 10 YOGA ALLIANCE CE HOURS
