We are having our monthly local Content Creator Meet up at Huli Huli Hut Friday, December 19th 6-8pm. A bunch of us locals that create content on social media get together & network ✨️ All are welcome. You do not have to create content to come join us. This is an opportunity to meet new faces, network & come together to promote local and show Galveston on social media in our own way. I love this little island & I want others from all over to love it too! All we ask is please come positive & leave any negativity at the door 🚪😃What's a content creator you ask? A content creator produces and shares materials like videos, podcasts, blogs and social media posts to entertain or educate an audience.
Last month we came together and were able to fill two boxes full of donations for the Galveston Island Humane Society. Thank you to everyone who contributed! And after dropping off the donations, I feel they could still really use our help. They have so many pets that are coming in & out daily. We will be setting up another donation bin for them at the upcoming meet up. Any spare blankets, towels, sheets, or any other pet supplies you can donate would be greatly appreciated. I think we can really make a difference!
We will also be planning a beach clean up event. Lets keep our beaches we know and love clean! Stay tuned for that!
