MUCH Circus Festival '25 workshopsTom Cassani: Contemporary approaches to magic
With over 15 years of experience honing his practice Tom Cassani has collaborated extensively with live artists, theatre makers, choreographers, and circus artists. His expertise lie in integrating authenticity, attention, manipulation, and deception into the performance-making process. Toms workshop is designed to share the skills, techniques, and tools Tom has developed in these areas over the years.
Participants will explore how understanding the mechanics of sleight of hand, attention, illusion and deception on stage can be highly valuable creative tools for performance-making. Whether you’re a performer, choreographer, theatre maker, artist or just interested in expanding your skills this workshop offers a unique opportunity to delve into new creative possibilities.
