Container Planting Workshop- Week #2

Shake off the winter blues and get your hands in the dirt at our March Planting Workshop! Drop in on our selected dates throughout March and create gorgeous spring containers before spring even arrives. Bright blooms, fresh soil, and a warm greenhouse—what’s not to love?

Our expert planting team at Sailer’s Greenhouse will help you design and plant a stunning hanging basket or patio container, sharing the tips and tricks we use to grow the most beautiful baskets around. We provide everything: a cozy greenhouse, fresh soil, quality pots, and thousands of starter plants—including the newest must-have varieties before they sell out.

In just four easy steps, you’ll build a container you’ll be proud of and watch it grow from start to finish.

Step 1: Pick a 14” or 16” hanging basket or patio container.
Step 2: Choose your plants—sun or shade, bold or trailing. Follow your own vision or use one of our foolproof planting recipes.
Step 3: Get planting! Our pros will guide you and share care tips to keep your container lush all summer.
Step 4: The magic happens. We’ll nurture your containers in our greenhouse while they grow big and beautiful. You simply pick them up before Mother’s Day (hello, perfect gift).

Patio pot or hanging basket (priced by container)

• Payment is due the day of the class.
• Please do not bring your own pots. For plant health and space reasons, personal containers can’t be grown in our greenhouse.
• We provide pots and inserts designed to fit into containers you already own.
• Multiple sizes are available, with custom options upon request.
