Contact Improvisation Workshop
Join us for our weekly Contact Improvisation practice, where we explore the art of movement, connection, and self-expression.
Whether you're a beginner or an experienced dancer, this weekly class and jam offer a unique opportunity to deepen your understanding of physical awareness, embodiment, and improvisational movement, both individually and in partnership.
Experience a series of guided exercises and activities focused on grounding, sensory awareness, and fluid movement with others. Connect with fellow participants in a supportive and respectful space where consent and communication are paramount.
