with Taina LyonsThis workshop is geared toward beginners who feel curious about learning Contact Improvisation (CI) but who have questions about how to ensure physical, emotional, or spiritual safety. Perhaps you’ve had an uncomfortable experience on the dance floor or have specific boundaries around touch or connection that you don’t know how to communicate. Maybe you’re energetically sensitive and want more tools for feeling safe in a communal dance space. Open to beginners and those with experience with CI.
