Otto will teach classes in Contact Improvisation, using his 20 year background in contact improvisation, contemporary dance/floorwork, Gaga dance, acrobatics and breathwork. We will explore several contact improvisation techniques, learn lifts in dancing, lying on top of each other, practice follow & lead in dancing and more!The classes are open for all levels. You can drop in per class, just be on time.
Dance space has a soft puzzle floor to dance on, so no knee pads necessary. If possible choose cotton clothing for better grip and less static electricity ;)
