We are shifting our Contact Improv jam to this gorgeous space on Takarunga (Mt Vic in Devonport), and opening it up for a while to beginners.We will start with a warm-up together from 6:30, with some basic instruction about CI for any new people. At 7pm we officially start with an opening circle and some guided exploration followed by an open jam. We tend to have a closing circle around 8:30 with an option to climb to the tihi together afterwards.
Please join us, everyone is welcome no matter what level of CI experience. If you have little or no experience please arrive at 6:30pm to review our wonderful community guidelines and some individualised learning. If you are new to CI or unknown to hosts it is very important to arrive before opening circle at 7pm.
Whare Toi has a newly refinished floor and beautiful outlook to the harbour for sunset!
Koha to share costs of renting space and for occasional special guest teachers - $3-$10
