Why do we dance?
For thousands of years, humans have gathered in movement—to celebrate life, to connect, to express what words cannot.
Dance is one of the most natural ways we remember our belonging. Through movement we reconnect with our bodies, with each other, and with the deeper rhythms of life.
Contact Beyond Contact (CBC) is a guided conscious dance experience that explores movement as a pathway to connection, creativity, and community.
Through simple movement explorations, partnered exercises, and group flow, we practice dance as a catalyst for authentic relationships—with ourselves, with others, and with the wider world.
No dance experience is required—only curiosity and openness.

About Contact Beyond Contact:
Contact Beyond Contact is a practice developed by Vangelis Legakis, through over 20 years of experience in dance, healing, and spirituality. It integrates movement, psychology, somatics, and relational awareness to support personal transformation and conscious community building.
The practice is now shared internationally through workshops and training courses across Europe and Asia.
