Constellations brings together faculty and students from UND Music’s Voice program and UND Aerospace’s Aviation and Space Studies programs. The result is a unique concert experience that explores the shared aspirations of music and flight, blending technical innovation with artistic expression. Audiences will journey from an a cappella opening inspired by the Smithsonian’s Bella C. Landauer Aeronautical Sheet Music Collection, through an immersive promenade of six constellation-themed performance stations, to a soaring finale featuring music by Pink Floyd and Tom Petty. For those who prefer to remain seated, a video presentation of the station's performances will be available.
Constellations: A Collaborative Concert is free and open to all. No tickets are required.
