Consciously Parenting Our Teens

This webinar focuses on what caregivers bring to the parent and teen relationship. Participants will have an opportunity to reflect mindfully on how their parenting style was formed, and how this influences their relationship with their teen. Participants will look at the advantages of having a strong attachment with their teen and how they can model the behaviours they want to see in their teenagers.
