A unique experience for both teens and parents to connect, learn, and explore through sound and rhythm.

For ages 10–16

Teens will participate in a Sound Healing Drum Experience, discovering the power of rhythm, creativity, and mindfulness.

At the same time, parents will learn the principles of conscious parenting, to create growth and connection with your child.
