About this Event
Parenting today requires more than rules and routines—it demands presence, empathy, and a deep understanding of how children grow emotionally, socially, and mentally. This workshop introduces the principles of Conscious Parenting, a transformative approach that helps caregivers respond—not react—to their children’s needs, behaviors, and challenges.
In addition to the strategies of conscious parenting, attendees will also learn the neuro-emotional components that trigger caregivers to respond negatively to children. Emotionally-charged events from a caregiver’s childhood create memories in the subconscious mind which can be triggered to provoke an automatic reaction affecting the kids we intend to nurture. Neuro-emotional changes can be made to prevent these reactions in the future.
Blending insights from developmental psychology, resilience research, and the MESH (Mental Emotional Social Health) framework, this session empowers families to build stronger relationships, foster emotional intelligence, and create environments where kids feel safe to thrive.

Why It Matters
Children don’t just need protection—they need connection. Conscious parenting helps caregivers move beyond control and correction toward collaboration and emotional empowerment. When adults show up with intention, kids learn to do the same.
