Conscious Living, Conscious Dying: The Gift of End-of-Life Planning

This workshop with change your life! A powerful and fun 3-part workshop series at Mizell Center, these classes are part of one continuous, cohesive experience, with each session building on the last. Together, we explore end-of-life planning through emotional, relational, and spiritual lenses.

Led by psychic mediums and end-of-life educators Jay Allen (death doula) and Kevin Paul, this series offers a safe, compassionate space to reflect on mortality, clarify personal values, and envision a peaceful, meaningful transition. Through guided visualizations, writing exercises, small-group discussions, and ritual practices, participants focus on legacy, spiritual peace, and relational closure.

Rather than centering on legal or medical logistics, this workshop supports approaching the end of life with intention, presence, and connection—transforming a challenging topic into an opportunity for healing, clarity, and profound transformation.

The series meets on March 17, March 24, and March 31, from 6:00–8:00 PM ET. One ticket includes access to all three sessions.
