About this Event
On this journey some of the most powerful modalities are used to create an experience that can: foster a deeper connection with yourself, clear your mind, reduce stress, help to heal inner trauma, release emotions, expand awareness, increase intuition, and enhance visualization to create and manifest your desires. You will leave feeling uplifted and at peace.
Many people who experience CLB say it is one of the most impactful or transformational experiences of their lives. It is very safe, however it is not to be taken lightly! It’s best done on an empty stomach and in a comfortable position lying down on a pad or yoga mat.. Some extra things that can add to the experience is a small pillow, light blanket, journal and eye mask, however all you really need is yourself and an open mind.
The Journey starts with intention setting followed by gentle movement, 40 minutes of breathing, a guided meditation, and visualization. This practice will effectively bring people into a state of profound bliss, enhanced mood, mental clarity, and reduced stress.

Avoid eating any heavy meals a minimum of 3 hours before the session.
Bring your own mat, blanket, pillow, and any other breathwork practice items (these will NOT be provided)
Arrive 15-30 minutes early to find parking and set up your space
