We aim to create a night of meeting potential romantic matches in a conscious setting. This will be a SAFE and BRAVE SPACE where potential connections can be explored in an AUTHENTIC, EMBODIED, and PLAYFUL manner. A safe space, for us, means an environment where your boundaries and authenticity are celebrated, and where you can feel and express attraction to others without the pressure of expectations. A brave space means that you will be invited to express your authentic self in the dating context and face the vulnerability it might bring. We aim to provide space for our hearts, bodies, and emotions in the dating context, which can otherwise be easily intellectualized.

We will encourage you to meet others from an open and curious place, without a fixed idea of whether they are supposed to be your friends, lovers, partners, or neither. Through this openness, we hope to remove the pressure of showing up as ‘cool, likable, attractive, interesting’ and create a free space for more honesty and genuineness.

Sexual energy is powerful and can be overtaking. To create a safe, relaxed space for encounters, in an open and curious way, we decided not to explore sexual energy during that workshop. Naturally, attraction in various forms will arise for some of you, but the sexual aspect of it will not be in the center of attention.

💚This experience is not only supposed to give you a chance to meet someone interesting but also to offer you some tools that you can later carry into your life, allowing for more authenticity and embodiment in your everyday encounters, whether they happen with your friends, partners, colleagues, or strangers.💚

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐧 👀
We aim to have a similar number of men and women attending the event, and we also welcome people with any other gender identity. There are 50 tickets available in total. The exploration of sexual energy is not the focus of the workshop.
👉 𝟐-𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐅𝐀𝐂𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐀𝐓𝐄𝐃 𝐏𝐀𝐑𝐓
We will begin by exploring the group energy to support participants in connecting to ease and safety. Later, we will transition to personal meetings through movement, soft touch, playfulness, eyegazing, and authentic relating games.

You will be guided to stay present with your own experience and with how meetings impact you. Throughout the evening, you will have the opportunity to explore multiple potential connections through verbal and non-verbal exercises inspired by authentic relating, conscious touch and movement, tantric practices, and body awareness practices.

There will also be designated time for sharing in smaller groups about your experience, discoveries, and challenges.

👉 𝟏.𝟓-𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐅𝐋𝐎𝐖 𝐏𝐀𝐑𝐓
After the facilitated part of the workshop, you will have the chance to spend more time with people about whom you are curious. The room will be divided into several islands with specific themes: conscious touch, movement, returning to yourself, cuddle puddle, authentic relating games. In this way, you will have the possibility to follow your aliveness and keep meeting others in a way that suits you the most.
The evening will end with time for sharing and reflections.

𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫: Mateusz 👀

Mateusz works as a Holistic Practitioner and focuses on modalities that are based on elements of touch, breath, presence, and inquiry. He believes in the intelligence of the body for self-healing and the significance of how developmental trauma shapes our personalities. Fields in which he is trained include BioDynamic Breathwork and Trauma Release, Myofascial Energetic Release bodywork, Compassionate Inquiry by G. Mate, and Circling. He is passionate about dancing, integration between spirituality and contemporary psychology, expanded states of consciousness, and, some months ago, he returned to his old passion: boxing.

Anezka works for more thriving humans in a more thriving world by helping people developing relational & interpersonal skills. She works as a relational coach and divorce ceremony holder and has an extensive background many places in the Danish educational system. She is a certified coach, mindfulness instructor, and Circling facilitator. Originally she studied environmental biochemistry.
