Join us for an evening of conscious dance and movement each month. This in-person event, held in Hitchin, offers a safe and welcoming space to explore your body's natural rhythms, release your stresses and express yourself freely through movement.
Whether you're a seasoned dancer or new to conscious movement or not used to moving at all, you are welcome. Let the music guide you as you connect with your body, release stress and tap into your inner peace and joy.
Embrace the opportunity to let go of conditioning and move/dance freely, connect through the dance with like-minded, friendly, kind individuals and discover the transformative power of movement and music.
No steps to follow or learn, no chat, no prior experience is necessary, just bring your curiosity and an open mind. Note - you do not have to "dance" - move to your own beat as slow or gentle as you wish, your chair dance is also welcome.
