What is conscious dance?
Simply said, freestyle and mindful movement that re-connects you with your body, breath and heart.
No choreography, no performance.
Simply presence through dance in a supportive community.
A welcoming and safe space for your natural expression, to move, feel, create and be.
We start with a grounding breathing meditation, then dance to music like no one is watching. Concluding with the healing sounds of crystal bowls and a cup of tea.
