Conscious Dance: an embodied social experience.
Meet, move, and connect in a serene urban sanctuary.
This curated social experience allows you to consciously wind down after a busy workweek, where meeting new people happens naturally through movement, shared space, and gentle guidance inspired by physical theatre and conscious dance practices.
We begin by creating a safe, welcoming atmosphere with guided connection warm-ups, helping everyone arrive in their bodies and feel comfortable with one another.
From there, the space opens into a free-flow dance journey with a carefully selected playlist spanning 70s–90s blues, jazz, disco, funk, and soulful rhythms — slow, fast, and everything in between.
Conscious. No substances. No pressure. Just people, music, movement, and presence.
This event is hosted for the Healing House Community and anyone who feels aligned with conscious, sober, heart-led social spaces.

Schedule
🕡 Doors open: 7:00 PM
🕖 Guided experience: 7:30 – 9:30 PM
🕙 Space closes: 10:00 PM
After 9:30 PM, the space remains open for relaxed socializing, conversations, and free movement.
