This isn't your typical Saturday. It's a carefully crafted journey from morning movement practices (yes, with a partner) to afternoon creative sessions where you'll tune into your future self. We're talking guided bodywork that makes your spine happy, playful exercises that dissolve social anxiety, creative practices that bypass your inner critic, and traditional breathing exercises for your nervous system that don't require you to sit still for hours. Oh, and there's food that we will be sharing along with some fun stories!
