Join us every Thursday for a guided journey through reflection, movement, and creativity. Each month explores a new theme rooted in what's happening collectively in the present moment — an invitation to tune in, slow down, and reconnect with yourself and others.

What to Expect
Each month follows a four-week arc:
✨ Week 1 — Reflection: explore the monthly theme through inner inquiry
✨ Week 2 — Movement: connect with the theme through your body
✨ Week 3 — Creativity: express and integrate your discoveries
✨ Week 4 — Integration: close the month with movement and shared insights
Every session is fully guided and weaves together exploration, learning, and lived experience — for your body, mind, and soul.

✨ Every Thursday at 5:30 pm
✨ 90 minutes per session (5:30–7:00 pm): 60 min guided experience + 30 min community connection
✨ Please arrive 10 minutes early
